Mandi Crawford joined Crème de la Crème in 2005 as a teacher for our Colleyville, Texas school. She was soon promoted to director of curriculum at our Coppell location, and promoted once again in early 2008 to her present position as executive director. Before joining Crè me, Mandi owned and operated a 135 student West Fort Worth preschool between 1998 and 2004.

A professional Administrator's Credential earned from the State of Texas in 1996 complements Mandi's hands-on experience in early education. She has continued to grow her expertise with coursework in management and early education, and through a variety of learning opportunities from the National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and other organizations.

According to Mandi, her present work as a leader responsible for the professional growth of a talented staff returns a great deal of joy and personal fulfillment. "I'm not only a director and a supervisor, but a teacher, an advocate and a mentor," she says. In face, Mandi is nothing less than a consummate leader each and every day.

Moreover, Mandi's personal philosophy is in perfect harmony with Crème's goal to develop the "total child." She believes that children who maximize intellectual growth between the critical years of infancy and age five are highly confident in themselves, their abilities and their relationships. Through Crème's rotation-based curriculum, Mandi and her team foster self-esteem and optimize the development of young, fertile minds.

Finally, Mandi believes strongly in parents as partners. She feels that trust and communication between parents and educators are essential to the success of every child.
