At Crème de la Crème in Chanhassen, we take safety seriously. We have eagle-eye cameras in the classrooms, play areas, and throughout the property that we monitor closely. People entering our facility must use our biometric fingerprint and access code process. In addition, our team members have CPR and first-aid certifications to help ensure your child’s safety.
Often, day care centers have overcrowded and noisy rooms. At Crème de la Crème in Chanhassen, we pride ourselves on having a low student-to-teacher ratio so we can give your child the attention they need. Our teachers can also adjust sports and learning styles to your child’s developmental stage.
Our drop-in policy makes it easy for kids to use our before- and after-school program when their school is closed for the day or during the holidays. We offer this program to children ages 5 to 12 at no cost for enrolled families.
Whether your child wants quiet time to read, play games or sports with their friends, or have help with their homework, they’ll have access to our before- and after-school programs. Your youngster can take part in our coding and robotics class and engage in ancillary programs. Kids need nourishment before and after going to school to keep their brains active and give them fuel for their busy play times. We provide snacks and milk as part of your tuition to our before- and after-school program. We understand that some kids may have allergies to certain foods, and we pride ourselves on having a tree-nut and peanut-free facility.
After a day in class, kids enjoy getting some physical activity. At Crème de la Crème of Chanhassen’s before- and after-school program, your child can play supervised kickball, basketball, soccer, tennis, or baseball. We also have age-appropriate play structures, an indoor bowling alley, a creative movement studio, and a karaoke area where your child can express their creativity.
We understand that sometimes kids just need to rest their brains and bodies. We have areas where they can rest quietly reading a book, have a quiet conversation with their friends, or nap to rejuvenate themselves.
Part of our before- and after-school program includes help with your child’s homework. Our professional teachers can help them with reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and art homework to help your child excel in school.
Our Crème de la Crème teachers have a subscription to the online accreditation and professional development site called the Child Care Education Institute. We also offer virtual and in-person training seminars and webinars with curriculum updates and team member communication. Our goal is to learn new teaching techniques to help your child grow and develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
