Babies who have yet to fully develop their verbal skills may feel frustrated trying to communicate their wants and needs. At Crème de la Crème, we teach them basic baby sign language so they can effectively communicate with adults and each other. Baby sign language can help children as early as 6 months old with speech development and may enhance their reading skills in the future. Words they learn include “eat,” “drink,” “help,” and “all done.”

At Crème de la Crème, we take your infant’s safety seriously. We have eagle-eye cameras in all classrooms, play areas, napping stations, and throughout the property that we continuously monitor. All team members go through a rigorous background check, and anyone who enters the facility must use our biometric fingerprint and code access process. In addition, one of our friendly team members will verify the identity of anyone picking your baby up.
Infants require soft surfaces to lie and play on, and at Crème de la Crème of Chanhassen, we have lots of pillows and soft toys for your little one. Our teachers lay the babies on their tummies throughout the day, which helps infants develop upper body strength and neck stability.
We understand how busy parents with infants are, and we want to make bringing your baby to our facility as easy and convenient as possible. Babies require a lot of attention and supervision, and we are proud to have a low infant-to-teacher ratio so your little one will get focused attention in a nurturing environment. Our dedicated teachers can adjust the curriculum and playtime to each child’s needs and developmental stage. The max class size is eight infants with an infant-to-teacher ratio of 4:1, so you know your child will be cared for.
Your tuition to Crème de la Crème’s infant care program is all-inclusive. We provide all diapers, diaper creams, and diaper wipes your infant will need throughout the day. We also have crib sheets, sleep sacks, linens, bibs, and washcloths to keep your baby clean and comfortable. Children on table food get regular meals and snacks throughout the day, and kids over the age of 1 get milk. We are proud that our facility is peanut and tree nut free to help reduce allergies to these foods.
Our infant care areas are shoeless and get cleaned several times a day. We have a dedicated cleaning crew who tidies up the facility to keep it hygienic and fresh. The crew also performs a three-step sanitizing process for extra cleanliness.
