We offer a 1-to-5 ratio, with a maximum of 11 infants in the program with two teachers. This ratio is below the required 1-to-6 and 2-to-13 ratios required by the state.
We use a parent connectivity app to inform you about diaper changes, feeding amounts and times, naps, and more at Crème de la Crème. Our staff will also share pictures of your child at play or developmental milestones they tackle while in our care.
Crème de la Crème in Gilbert, Arizona, utilizes eagle-eye cameras to record images in all of our classrooms to help keep your child safe. We also use a biometric fingerprint scanner to allow entry into our facility. Our staff undergoes a rigorous background check and is trained in first aid and CPR in case of an emergency.
