Our professionally-trained staff undergoes continuous training at Crème de la Crème. We offer “Lunch and Learn” opportunities to go over updated curricula and manuals. We also provide in-person training, webinars, and other professional development to stay current on early education practices.
Two team members are staffed full-time for cleaning during the regular school day at Crème de la Crème. We also have someone who comes after-hours to deep clean the building and its surfaces. Our cleaning crew uses H2Power, a 100% non-toxic hydrogen peroxide with citrus oil added to keep everything clean and sanitized.
