Infants interact with caregivers and other infants at the Crème de la Crème infant care program, developing trust, friendships, and social skills. Social interactions also help your infant build self-confidence and self-awareness through various activities. Socialization in an infant care program can also help reduce your and your infant’s anxiety when leaving your child with a babysitter or family member.
Infants all have individual schedules for sleeping, changing diapers, and feeding. Helping them develop and stick to a routine as they grow can benefit your child’s sleep habits and nutritional patterns. It can also help them with skills associated with following directions and listening.

Crème de la Crème features an app for parents to stay connected by alerts and updates on diaper changes, feeding times and amounts, and nap time results. Our staff can also share developmental milestones, pictures, and communications through the parent connectivity app. You’ll receive information on your infant’s care in real-time, providing peace of mind throughout your work day.
Your tuition at Crème de la Crème is all-inclusive and covers everything your infant needs daily. You won’t have to try to remember to bring diapers or wipes on your next drop-off, as these items are covered. Tuition includes:
The cleaning crew at Crème de la Crème consists of two team members at full-time staffing during the day. One person also comes in after-hours for deep cleaning. We use H2Power, a 100% non-toxic hydrogen peroxide with citrus oil to keep surfaces clean. At the end of each day, we spray the infant area with bleach water as an added precaution. We also require the infant space to be a shoe-free zone to keep it safer and cleaner.
We have a strict 4:1 ratio for infants from 6 weeks to 15 months in our infant rooms. This ratio assures that your child will have better supervision and more one-on-one time.
Crème de la Crème employs highly trained professionals in our infant care program. We also provide ongoing training through “Lunch and Learn” sessions that allow us to update manuals and program curricula. Team members also participate in webinars, in-person training, and professional development to stay up-to-date on early education best practices.
