Our programs for babies to kindergartners offer your child a wow-worthy experience. Here’s how our classrooms are broken down by age (including our teacher to child ratios):
- 4 Infant classrooms (6 weeks to 18 months), 1:4 ratio
- 2 Toddler classrooms (1–2 years), 1:6 ratio
- 1 Early Preschool classroom (2–3 years), 1:8 ratio
- 1 Preschool classroom (3-4 years), 1:12 ratio
- 1 Private Pre-K classroom (4–5 years), 1:17 ratio

Our Team
Meet Samantha DiLello, Our Executive DirectorMeet Samantha DiLello! She is the Executive Director at The Crème School of Cary. Samantha’s journey in early childhood education began unexpectedly after high school when she worked as a private nanny. A preschool director recognized her potential and offered her a teaching position, sparking her passion for early childhood education. She started as an assistant teacher in a two-year-old classroom, advanced to lead pre-K teacher, and later became a curriculum specialist during the pandemic. Upon relocating to North Carolina, she spent two years as a lead teacher across multiple age groups before stepping into leadership roles. Her favorite quote is, “Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.” Outside of work, Samantha enjoys crafting, catching up with friends, and binge-watching shows. She also cherishes time with her two nephews and godson, exploring museums and local cuisines with her family.

Meet Amanda Barnes, Our Director of Quality and Education
Meet Amanda Barnes! She’s the Director of Quality and Education at Cary. She has been working in early childhood for 18 years—she started as a teacher and worked her way up to her current role as the Director of Quality and Education. She has an associate degree in early childhood education and holds a level 2 admin certification. She’s also CPR and First Aid Certified. Plus, she is a certified yoga teacher with experience teaching adults, parent and me classes, an d children’s yoga. This Maya Angelou quote resonates with her because she is a big believer in lifting people up: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Outside of work, she enjoys teaching yoga, fostering/rescuing animals, snowboarding, visiting the mountains, a nd reading an occasional good book.
