Whether you order a pulled pork sandwich or a salad with grilled Portobello mushrooms, the majority of the food is locally sourced, the majority of the produce and herbs are harvested from The Farm at Agritopia, the meats are from locally raised animals, and they use trans-fat-free oil for frying and even in their salad dressings.

Choose a seafood plate, a chicken sandwich with bacon and blue cheese, or a burger made with local, natural beef. Have a pizza, a crisp salad like the fresh beet salad with toasted pecans and blue cheese crumbles, or something from the smoker. The barbecued ribs are cooked low and slow and slathered with Joe’s secret barbecue sauce. For fun, have a milkshake with fresh strawberries or one made with real vanilla beans.
