West Chester Farmers Market

Right in the heart of West Chester, at The Square at Union Center on Centre Pointe Drive, the West Chester Farmers Market welcomes visitors on select Saturdays throughout the year from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. There’s a second location at the Muhlhauser Barn on Beckett Road, so you’ll want to follow the West Chester Farmers Market on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with when and where markets are happening. Typically the market is open two Saturdays per month during the winter and then opens more frequently during the warmer seasons. 

Regular vendors include local farms offering fresh produce, eggs, and prepared foods, local artisans with unique stationery, homemade soaps, glass creations, and more, and nearby businesses selling freshly baked goods, coffee, and kombucha.  The West Chester Farmers Market is a great place to find one-of-a-kind gifts for someone special during the holidays and juicy fruits and veggies in the spring, summer, and fall. Madeira Farmers Market

Head to the Madeira Farmers Market, just 13 miles from West Chester, to pick up pre-ordered goods throughout the winter months. Pickup is located at Madeira Silverwood Presbyterian Church on Miami Avenue. Winter market hours are from November through April on Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. From May through September, the market opens up for in-person shopping on Thursdays from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. in October. 

Madeira Farmers Market online ordering opens up online on Sunday mornings each week and then closes before pickup on Thursdays. Be sure to subscribe to their market newsletter to stay up-to-date with the changing hours and vendors. Whether you’re shopping online or in-person, you’ll have some great vendors to browse with offerings like local honey, locally roasted coffee, bakery items, prepared sauces and preserves, and fresh produce from nearby farms. 

Blue Ash Farmers Market

Located at Summit Park in Blue Ash, 10 miles from West Chester, the Blue Ash Farmers Market sets up in an open field from May through September every year on Wednesday evenings from 3:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. Not only will visitors enjoy fresh eggs, meats, and produce from local farms, but they’ll also get to experience live music, play games, and grab some prepared foods from food trucks representing nearby restaurants. 

Regular vendors sell all sorts of goodies and products. Stop by to shop for gifts, food for the week, or dessert for a special gathering. Several local bakeries set up shop at the market each year, offering fresh pies, cakes, pastries, and more. Other regular vendors provide goods like spices, pickles, honey, pet treats, plants, flowers, and produce.

Fairfield Farmers Market

Head about 11 miles west from West Chester to Fairfield Farmers Market on Wednesday evenings from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The market typically sets up in the parking lot of the Fairfield Community Arts Center but sometimes moves inside the center if the weather is bad. During the winter from October through April, the market opens on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. From May through September, the market is open weekly. 

Shop seasonal produce, local eggs, pork, and chicken, health and wellness items, home decor, baked goods, and honey at the winter market. During warmer months, the market offers even more produce and prepared foods. 

Loveland Farmers Market

The Loveland Farmers Market is located in the parking lot for the Little Miami Scenic Trail on Broadway street in Loveland, about a 10-mile drive from West Chester. This is a seasonal market that’s only open from May through October. Visitors can shop the market on Tuesdays from 3 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. every week. Bring kids along to play in the Kids’ Patch area and enjoy outdoor entertainment from local artists and musicians. Many of the regular vendors offer pre-ordering online through their individual websites, so you can place your order ahead of time for pickup at the market. 

Vendors include local farms, restaurants, and businesses offering many different types of goods. Shop fresh produce, honey, eggs, and meat from nearby farms. Other vendors sell dried and fresh herbs, flowers, plants, jams and jellies, breads, baked goods, cakes, and coffee. Come hungry and enjoy something yummy from a local bakery while you shop. 

Liberty Farm Market Store

A little closer, just 6 miles away, the Liberty Farm Market Store is a brick-and-mortar place that sells produce and goods from local vendors all year. Stop by their location on Princeton Road in Liberty Township Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. This is great for shoppers who want access to farmers market finds multiple days of the week throughout every season. 

Functioning as a co-op, the Liberty Farm Market Store works with local farms, wineries, and artisans to sell their goods and support their businesses. Stop by and shop their selection of local wines, wellness products, dry goods, prepared foods, and more. Regular visitors love their amazing selection of meats, including grass-fed beef, non-GMO Wagyu beef, pasture-raised pork and chicken, and pasture-raised exotic meats.
