Bunny Brunch and Lunch

For an event your kids will enjoy, do the bunny hop to Colleyville Center for egg-cellent fun. Bunny brunch and lunch includes an Easter egg hunt, inflatable slides, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, balloon artists, prizes, and photos with the Easter Bunny. The event takes place on Saturday, Mar. 25, 2023. Brunch is from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets go on sale on Feb. 20, 2023. You can get yours at 817-503-1180 or online at Colleyville Parks & Recreation. Join the fun at 5301 Riverwalk Drive in Colleyville.

5th Annual Car Show

The 5th Annual Car Show is fun for all ages. You can stop by to see cool cars, hear a live band, and grab a cup of coffee with some tasty food. This year’s event will feature new swag, award categories, and prizes. The event is free and takes place Saturday, Apr. 15, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon. Come to the City of Colleyville’s City Hall, at 100 Main St., to see the show.

Texas Junior Anglers and Arbor Day Celebration 

Come out for a free day of family fishing, emphasizing young anglers. You’ll all enjoy fishing from the Colleyville Nature Center’s pond. There’ll be special prizes for catches by kids under 16. Bait and poles will be available, or bring your own. You can score a free tree and an Arbor Day T-shirt while supplies last. While you’re there, you can make a day of it, exploring Colleyville Nature Center’s 46-acre preserve, with woods, multi-use trails, ponds, a picnic pavilion, and a playground. Plan to fish on Saturday, Apr. 22, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon at 101 Mill Wood Drive.

Concert in the Plaza

The Avant Chamber Ballet returns to the Plaza at City Hall to present professional live dance accompanied by chamber music. They wow audiences throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and now they’re bringing their artistry to Colleyville. This special evening celebrates Mother’s Day, and we’ll show appreciation to all the moms in the audience with a special treat. Bring your kids and family along for a night to remember. The stage will be set on Sunday, May 7, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., at City Hall.

Colleyville City Fair

The Colleyville City Fair has something for everyone in your family. This event honors current armed services members, veterans, and their families. It also is designed to bring the whole community together for a family-focused day of fun. The fair will include food trucks, carnival rides, face painters, stilts walkers, a pie-eating contest, games, petting zoos, balloon artists, and award-winning attractions.

The fair will have a spectacular finale with a dazzling fireworks show. The fun kicks off Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The pie eating contest is at 7 p.m., and the fireworks sparkle at 9 p.m. The fair also occurs in the City of Colleyville’s Plaza at City Hall.

Stars and Guitars

Stars and Guitars is Colleyville’s annual patriotic celebration, with family-friendly fun. There will be music, food, and fun for the kids, free for all to enjoy. Enjoy an exciting fireworks display as part of the evening under Colleyville’s night sky. Feel free to head to the park before the celebration kicks off to take advantage of basketball areas, tennis, baseball, softball, volleyball, horseshoes, and a pond. Stars and Guitars is on Friday, Jun. 23, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at City Park, 5205 Bransford Road.

National Night Out

This event takes place annually for residents of Colleyville to meet the men and women who keep Colleyville safe. This festival features fun for the whole family, including food, games, and other activities. Kids and the young at heart are invited to explore some of the city and specialty vehicles parked on site. Residents of all ages are encouraged to join in the fun on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., on the Plaza and South Lawn at City Hall.

Harvest Festival

Get into the spirit of Autumn at the 3rd Annual Harvest Festival. There’ll be many fun attractions for kids and the whole family, including carnival rides, horse-drawn wagon rides, a farmers market, pony rides, a petting zoo, food trucks, balloon artists, caricature artists, and more. The Fall-tastic fun takes place on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Plaza and South Lawn at City Hall.

Fall Auto and Bike Show

This fun, free show will feature hot rods, motorcycles, and complimentary coffee and food; how could you pass that up? With fun for all ages, this event is sure to rev your kid’s imagination. Start your engines on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon on the South Lawn at City Hall.

Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration

Get in the holiday spirit at the annual Christmas tree lighting. The community will gather outside Colleyville City Hall to see the tree light up with a glow that will bring holiday cheer and ring in the season. Join in this holiday magic for all ages on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the Plaza at City Hall.
