The Social on 83rd is an awesome upscale bar and restaurant with a refined atmosphere and a high-quality menu. But don’t let this fancy appearance fool you. This spot makes for a great date night location and a cool place to bring the kids for a special dinner.

The regular menu features kid-friendly appetizers like spinach and artichoke dip, wings, mac ‘n’ cheese, and fries. Parents can enjoy adult-sized dishes like a fried chicken and honey sandwich or a Reuben panini. Kids have their own “Little Socialites” menu with items like chicken tenders and grilled cheese. Plus, you can come for brunch on the weekends, and get stuffed French toast, a breakfast burrito, or chilaquiles, and your kids can dine on bacon and eggs, a short stack of flapjacks, or French toast.

Order a pizza like the Tailgater, which is like a hot dog minus the sausage, the Garden, which features garlic sauce and veggies, or the Cheezhead, which is topped with five different cheeses.

The food is just one-half of why this restaurant is a must-visit for families. That’s because CheezHeadz also hosts live music, a family game night with activities like Rock ‘n’ Roll Bingo and Survey Says, and an open mic night where you can enjoy local talent or show off your own talents.
