Joe’s Farm Grill
The food at Joe’s Farm Grill is comfort food that’s prepared extraordinarily well. Whether you order a pulled pork sandwich or a salad with grilled Portobello mushrooms, the majority of the food is locally sourced, the majority of the produce and herbs are harvested from The Farm at Agritopia, the meats are from locally raised animals, and they use trans-fat-free oil for frying and even in their salad dressings.
Once you step into the restaurant, you’ll notice that it has a retro look with modern conveniences. The building was once the home of the Johnston family built in 1966. The Johnston sons had a vision for a farm-to-table style restaurant using food from the gardens of Agritopia and they converted the home into Joe’s Farm Grill. The dining room with its large fireplace is where the original family room was and the bedrooms have all been converted to create the kitchen where the chefs make magical meals everyone will enjoy. The farm itself is about 12 acres where they practice organic farming and harvest the vegetables and herbs used for cooking.
