You may know the Lone Tree Arts Center as our town’s spot for live musical acts and cultural shows. But it’s also a great destination to host large family events, like weddings and family reunions. You can rent the Lone Tree Arts Center for its large Main Stage Theater, its smaller Terrace Theater, or its beautiful event hall. When you book this venue, you get technicians who manage the light, sound, and AV system and tables and seating with setup and tear-down. And you can hire one of the center’s catering partners to provide food and refreshments.

Bowlero Lone Tree

If your family loves bowling, then book your next family-friendly gathering at Bowlero in Lone Tree. This venue is perfect for hosting kids’ and teens’ birthday parties and other social events, like a family reunion or baby shower. Bowlero allows you to choose the perfect party package that suits your guests and budget.

The kids’ party packages include kid-friendly food and drink and bumper bowling, while the teens’ party packages include blacklight bowling and cool lane-side lounge chairs. Both options may also come with your choice of food items, like burgers and pizza, gift certificates, and arcade credits for each kid or teen guest, shoe rental, and a cookie cake. You can also choose how much bowling time you want for your party, from one hour to 2.5 hours. For the adults at your party, you can get a package that includes premium bar drinks, too.

KidSpace

KidSpace is an indoor playground that’s actually built to accommodate parents playing with their kids. Plus, the playground features science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) themed activities and play structures, providing great edutainment. KidSpace is designed with kids aged eight years old and younger, and there are areas for each age group to safely run, crawl, slide, and learn. This venue also offers free planetarium shows. And, the KidSpace cafe provides coffee for adults and ice cream, cakes, water, and other beverages for everyone.

Choose KidSpace for your child’s next birthday party. You can pick one of the four packages, each of which includes two hours of play and a party room to celebrate the birthday kiddo. Prices vary and depend on the number of child and adult guests you have and how large of a party room you need. You can also have a kids-day-out with a few family members or friends with kids. Purchase tickets for each guest ahead of time, and have everyone meet at the venue.

Denver Zoo

If you have animal lovers in your family, then you have to book your child’s birthday party or another family event at the Denver Zoo. This unique party venue welcomes events during regular open hours and after the zoo closes, allowing you to create a special event for your family and friends.

There are multiple event venues around the Zoo’s property, including banquet halls and outdoor pavilions you can rent during the zoo’s regular hours. You can use the zoo’s catering services and hire their trusted vendor partners for your other party needs. If you want the zoo to yourself, you can spring for an after-hours event where your party is set up in one of the venues or request a space near your favorite animals, like right next to the elephants. You can also upgrade any of your special events with animal encounters, rides on the attractions, and zoo admission.

Downtown Aquarium

Like the zoo, the Downtown Aquarium is another unique party venue that will make a kid’s birthday party feel super special. There are multiple packages available that come with features like guided tours through the aquarium, time in a play zone, a themed birthday cake, animal encounters and feedings, themed party favors, balloons and decorations, and food for guests. Some party packages are best for younger kids, while others cater to kids of all ages, including teens.

Consider this party venue if you and your kids want to meet (or swim!) with mermaids, get a behind-the-scenes tour of animal exhibits, feed stingrays, and toast to the birthday kid with sparkling cider.

Code Ninjas

Code Ninjas is an education center that teaches kids how to code in a really cool way: programming their own video games! The Denver Code Ninjas location hosts kids’ birthday parties where they get to learn coding, play STEM games, and celebrate the birthday kid all at the same time. This is a great party option if your child loves taking classes at Code Ninjas or has shown an interest in coding. It’s also a good way to introduce this activity and skill to your child to see if they’d be interested in taking classes.

Renaissance Adventures

Does your family love fantasy adventure stories? Then book your next birthday party or family gathering with Renaissance Adventures so you can live out these cool tales. You can book an in-person party where you and your guests complete role-playing games (RPG) and quests with the help of the venue’s costumed staff. Or, you can request an online RPG to play at your chosen destination as the main event of your party. You can purchase additional upgrades for in-person and at-home parties, such as rentals for foam swords, tents, costumes, props, and card or board games.
