A brunch menu is available on Saturdays starting at 9 a.m., a perfect time to visit and see how typically boring breakfast basics get an herbivore’s upgrade. They can serve everything on the menu vegan style or classic, at your request. Their fun and quirky menu offers fun menu options such as the Sunrise Burger, with either an impossible or Angus patty, topped with bacon, egg, cheddar, and garlic aioli. They also have gluten-free oatmeal bowls with fun flavors like the berry-based Purple Haze or nut-based PB&J All Day.

If you are starving, we suggest one of their breakfast specials such as the Mex-i-can. This dish is a healthy serving of egg scramble, beans, and hash browns, served with guacamole, pico de gallo, a cashew cheese sauce, corn tortillas, and salsa verde on the side. Described by many loyal customers as a heaven for vegans, Eureka Plant Based Foods is worth the trip. They are closed Mondays through Wednesdays, but are open Thursdays from 2 to 8 p.m. and Fridays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

This little spot proves that eating a plant-based diet can be exciting and tasty. It seems like a typical deli-style shop, but with a fun and thoughtful vegan twist. Business owners Lisa and Ian Rae aim to promote and support the liberation of all animals through education. Their carefully crafted menu and varied items prove dedication to their overall cause and to providing customers with some seriously tasteful plant-based plates. 

People rave about the size and flavor of their Eureka Club. It is so big you should take a friend along to share the meal.
