Whether you’re in the mood for superfoods like raw veggies and avocados in a tasty taco or risotto, Vietnamese-style pho, or a loaded burger, this restaurant has all the vegan dishes you can imagine. Go for a pizza with gluten-free cauliflower crust, and add to the fun with a side dish like wok-sauteed vegetables or fresh-cut fries. The abundance of options makes it easy to find a vegan choice for adventurous and picky eaters alike.

Slice of Vegas at Mandalay Bay

Are you craving hearty Italian food on a vegan diet? Look no further than in our own city for a restaurant that serves up just that. Located at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, Slice of Vegas at Mandalay Bay makes it easy to savor Italian treats while sticking to a plant-based lifestyle with a separate vegan menu. That’s right: If the kiddos are in the mood for a delicious pizza or you’re looking to indulge in classic spaghetti and meatballs, this restaurant offers vegan options.

Meatless meatballs are only the beginning. Try a tasty salad or some pasta Fagioli soup, and treat the whole table to tasty garlic knots. If you want to get adventurous, the buffalo cauliflower is an intriguing treat. Then go for a specialty pizza, or build your own with toppings that range from black olives to arugula to pineapple and more. This restaurant even offers vegan dessert options if you’re in the mood for zeppoli or chocolate cake to close out the meal on a sweet note.

Bronze Café

Bronze Café offers yet another local option that makes plant-based eating a breeze. With Summerlin and Las Vegas locations, this restaurant is just what you need when you’re looking for a casual meal of a sandwich or salad. They offer made-from-scratch vegan and vegetarian options as well as a variety of coffees, teas, and smoothies.

Bronze Café divides its menu into plant-based sections, so you can pick a dish you’re sure to love. Try a kale salad with toppings like roasted dill potatoes, curried quinoa, or avocado, or dive right into a hearty sandwich. Options range from sandwiches crafted from vegan meats (think: vegan pepperoni, TOFURKY, and even vegan bacon strips) to pitas chock full of veggies. The restaurant offers dishes with meat and dairy, so it’s a great place to visit with friends who aren’t vegan.

Yum Cha Restaurant

Yum Cha Restaurant is known for having some of the best dim sum in all of Las Vegas. You’ll also find a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options on the extensive menu. There’s a whole section of the menu dedicated to vegetable tofu dishes, and the rest of the menu includes dishes made with vegetables or imitation meats, too. With so many choices, this restaurant makes it easy to get a plant-based (and super tasty!) meal.

Simply Pure

For a truly memorable meal, there’s Simply Pure, a restaurant in the Container Park offering dishes by expert vegan chef Stacey Dougan. You’ll find everything from lasagna to enchiladas to chilled dishes and beyond. Order the popular nachos grande and treat the family to fresh corn chips smothered with vegan beef, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and scallions. You can even go completely raw by getting cashew-based nacho cheese instead.

When it comes time to order the main dishes, you’ll find plenty to love. You can get hearty, savory dishes such as angel hair zucchini pasta, treat yourself to a classic favorite like vegan grilled cheese, or try a sampler platter if you just can’t decide. Stick around for desserts, including coconut-based cheesecake and almond truffles. You can even get bottles of Simply Pure’s dressings and cashew nacho cheese to take home if you’re looking for inspiration for putting together your own unique plant-based meals.
