When you’re looking for an elegant venue to hold your special family event, consider reserving Addison Woods. This wedding and event center has a reception barn that can accommodate up to 220 seated guests and also features a large covered veranda and lawn area where family members and guests can socialize. Addison Woods also has a fire pit where you can sing songs while gathered around it. Inside the reception barn, you’ll notice the five wrought iron chandeliers, large swinging doors, and additional Western themes.

Kicky and Tink’s Playhouse
Kicky and Tink’s Playhouse is the ideal venue for a kid’s party. Inside the jungle-themed party room, you’ll find inflatable bounce houses and a 22-foot big-screen TV to watch music videos, movies, or to display a slide show on. Kids of all ages will delight when the volcano erupts, filling the party room with harmless fog.
For extra fun for the party, you can buy add-ons such as a balloon drop, a bubble machine, black lights, or a video game package. You can also order a snow cone bar or popcorn machine with hot buttered popcorn for everyone to nibble on. 7 Acre Wood
Everyone in the family and all guests will have a fabulous day when you book your party at 7 Acre Wood. This old-fashioned family fun park has a petting zoo with donkeys, llamas, goats, deer, and ponies. The kids will also get a kick out of riding the ponies, and the family can see who putts the best playing mini-golf.
Everyone will have access to a playground, zip lines, a scooter track, and a giant sandbox. Bring a picnic and cake and enjoy your meal and celebratory dessert, or take advantage of the catering service 7 Acre Wood offers. The Woodlands Children’s Museum
The Woodlands Children’s Museum is one of The Woodlands premier family attractions and is a great place to hold a birthday party. The Woodlands Children’s Museum offers party packages for kids 1 to 7 on Saturdays year-round or Fridays from September through April. You have two party packages to choose from: the birthday child and 12 children. You can also pay for each additional child coming to the party. With the Basic Party Package, everyone in the party group can access the museum and the party room with tables, chairs, a sink, and a refrigerator/freezer. If you choose the Activity Party Package, you have all the benefits of the Basic Party Package with a themed activity. Activities include:
Calling All Superheros
This activity is designed for children 4 to 6 to make their own superhero masks and power cuffs.
Princess, Pirates, and Mermaids
Kids 4 to 6 will have a great time making pirate masks with necklaces, and the princess activity includes creating an embellished crown or wand while the mermaids can embellish an enchanting mask.
Drum & Roll
Youngsters 2 to 4 can make their own drum and participate in a rhythm and movement parade with various musical instruments.
Silly Science
This activity, designed for kids 4 to 6, lets them have fun with these science experiments: Color Explosion, Slimy Gak, or Lava Lamp.

Texas TreeVentures
Create a memorable and exciting party at Texas TreeVentures. Everyone in the family over the age of 6 can take part in the aerial adventure course with three levels to test their skills. When you book the UnbeLEAFable Birthday Party Package, you get three hours to play on the course for up to 10 climbers. You can also pay a fee for additional climbers for larger groups.
The three-hour course includes a 30-45 minute safety briefing held by the professional and knowledgeable Texas TreeVentures staff. Upgrades include the Birdseye Treehouse or extra hours in an additional rented Treehouse. After exploring the thrilling ropes course, settle down at the tables and enjoy your meal and cake.
Anyone under the age of 15 must have adult supervision, and anyone on the course must be at least 70 inches to traverse the course independently. Weight requirements include a minimum of 44 pounds and a maximum of 275 pounds.

The Learning Zoo
For a wild party experience, have your special event at The Learning Zoo. You’ll have access to the entire zoo where everyone can visit the reptile house, petting zoo, and the tortoise feeding house. Your rental package comes with a hands-on reptile show, a special gift for the birthday child, a Learning Zoo T-shirt, jungle-themed decorations, and a giant Happy Birthday sign set in the front of the zoo. You just have to bring food and the cake, and the party coordinators will set up cups, napkins, and plates for you to use for your birthday celebration.
