Here at Crème de la Crème of Las Vegas, we know how amazing music is as a tool for learning, engagement, and creativity for kids of all ages. Our curriculum incorporates music into classes and programs for students ages 1 to 3 years old, and we welcome kids 3 and up to participate in Krem-TV karaoke. And when your kids leave our school or their elementary and middle school for the day, they can keep learning, practicing, and enjoying music through local in-person or virtual music lessons.

Nevada Music Academy
Nevada Music Academy uses their philosophies of letting students’ goals dictate where lessons go and embracing the unique needs and interests of each student. They provide lessons on nearly every instrument, including piano, trumpet, flute, clarinet, saxophone, drums, guitar, ukulele, voice, and many more. You can sign your children up for private one-on-one lessons and ensemble classes of students learning the same instruments. And your little musician can show off the skills they’ve gained and the songs they’ve learned to play at the school’s showcase performances throughout the year.
This school offers a few different session lengths: 30-minute sessions, 45-minute sessions, and full hour-long sessions. You can also book a series of lessons, from a few weeks to a full semester. School of Rock Las Vegas West
School of Rock has a national reputation for providing high-quality and super-fun lessons to people of all ages, thanks to their amazing teachers who are practicing musicians with impressive musical backgrounds. This school offers a variety of age-specific programs that teach students the basics of instrument practice, reading music, and sharpening their ears.
The Little Wing course for students ages 3 to 5 starts at the very beginning with rhythm, melody, and, of course, classic rock. Students ages 6 and 7 are Rookies who learn chords and song structure alongside practicing with a variety of instruments to find the one they like best. Kids ages 8 to 13 take Rock 101 where they play simplified versions of classic rock songs, play the instruments they love and excel at, and learn performance skills.
You can also enroll your kids in special programs like performance, songwriting, House Band, the collaborative live performance program, and AllStars, which takes the best of the best students on a national performance tour. Both the House Band and AllStars require students to audition, so these are great opportunities for beginning musicians to practice auditioning skills for when they want to be professional performers in the future.

Las Vegas Voice and Piano Lessons
This local music school has been teaching piano and singing in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years, so you know that your children are learning from seasoned music educators at Las Vegas Voice and Piano. They offer classes to children (and adults) and have a flexible schedule, so you can work with the instructors to find the best times for your children to focus on improving their skills in sight reading, playing chords, and using proper techniques for both piano and voice.
One thing that makes this music studio and school stand apart from the rest is their ability to teach classes bilingually in English and Spanish. They can also help singers learn songs in various languages, including Spanish, Italian, and German. And the school also promotes their students’ progress and talent by hosting regular showcases.

Landero Learning Center
Landero Learning Center is a youth community organization that offers a variety of music lessons in drums, guitar, piano, violin, and vocals. At this school, your kids can learn from an instructor who once played drums with the Rolling Stones, a professional guitarist who played with Ted Nugent and has mastered a variety of genres, or a vocal coach who sang with Sonny & Cher. While your kids may not be impressed by these qualifications, you’ll know that your little musicians are learning from some of the best pros in the business.
What’s more is that all of the instructors focus on proper technique, learning both one-on-one and with peers, and understanding music theory. Landero Learning Center is located at 9155 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Unit 170.
Kessler & Sons
Kessler & Sons has been renting out and selling instruments as well as providing high-quality lessons since 1989. This local company employs expert instructors in a variety of instruments, including flute, clarinet, oboe, sax, trumpet, violin, cello, and guitar. Plus, they even offer audition prep lessons for kids who have been practicing for a while and want to take it up a notch with a performing gig or enrollment in a specialty music school or program.
Kessler & Sons has three locations with varying lessons available at each: the West Las Vegas location at 3211 N. Tenaya Way #105, the East Las Vegas location at 3047 E. Charleston Blvd., and the Green Valley studio at 9550 S. Eastern Ave. #120 in Henderson.
Las Vegas Piano School
Another local music school, Las Vegas Piano School specializes in piano training for children (and adults). This small school is run by Dr. Maria Pisarenko, who is a professional concert pianist and has taught at the College of Southern Nevada and Southern Utah University. She offers group and one-on-one lessons both online and in-person. Your children can also take her pre-recorded piano courses, perform on stage during student showcases, and learn music theory and composition.
